Hi everyone.

Today I would like to tell you about my journey to get PR Australia.

This article is about personal experience, so some information may not be appropriate for your situation. However, I hope the article will be of some help to those who are looking for a day to become settled in kangaroo country. & Nbsp;

.

I would like to summarize my case as follows:

Visa 190 NSW state nominated

ANZSCO 233211 Civil Engineer

30pts: Age (25 to 33)

20pts: English (Superior)

05pts: Overseas skilled employment (3-5 years)

15pts: Education (Bachelor degree)

05pts: State Nomination (NSW)

Total = 75 pts

.

August 2013:

Coming to the Commonwealth of Australia for the first time. I travel for a month in Adelaide, South Australia. This area has immense flower fields, a hundred-year-old German village and the afternoons pass slowly. My aunt's house drove the roadtrip to Melbourne along the Great Ocean Road, visiting the Twelve Apostles standing thousands of years before the sea was full of waves. The aunts and uncles who have been here a long time also smile happily. Every house has a garden in the backyard, where there are no flowers, vegetables, fruits, so that they can share with each other until the harvest. In particular, some gardens are even bigger than the rest of the house 😅.

Subjective feeling, but I think this is a really worth living place.

.

06/2018:

IELTS Test (L = 9; R = 9; W = 7.5; S = 7)

I used this result to apply for Migration Skill Assessment with Engineers Australia (EA). I wanted to achieve Superior English, so I started switching to PTE preparation because I doubt I tried to take the IELTS test many more times, I could not pull the Speaking up 8.

At this time, I still lack a few months to 3 years to claim 05pts Overseas Skilled Employment. So I only registered for the Recognized / Relevant Qualification (Recognized / Relevant Qualification), not the number of years of experience (Relevant Skilled Employment Assessment - RSEA), afraid of losing points. My university degree (Singapore) belongs to the Washington Accord category so I don't need to write Competency Demonstration Report (CDR).

08/2018:

Get a result with Relevant Qualification from EA.

This time is also the time when I focus on studying for the PTE exam. Every day when I come home from work, after I eat, I go to sit and practice until I go to bed. I mainly spent my time doing the Speaking section because the rest of the parts I found did not seem difficult. Most of the exercises I downloaded from Facebook groups, especially VN PTE Speed Up group. This group has a lot of people who have been diligent in collecting and creating papers that are quite close to the real exam.

.

09/2018:

PTE Exam (L = 89; R = 90; S = 88; W = 90)

When I stepped out of the exam room that day, I thought I would have to take the test again because the exam was not as favorable as expected. The night before, I came home late the night before (because I had the feeling that I had to finish my work in order to calmly sit in the exam room), the next morning I entered the exam in a state of half-consciousness. I encountered for the first time the chaotic noise was heard when I entered the Speaking section of the PTE test. Unfortunately, there is a contestant sitting next to talk loudly and make me lose my rhythm, especially about the following sections (describe image, retell lecture), where the contestant has to speak according to their own thoughts.

Test scores are available the next morning via email, at that time I was studying to calculate again. When I saw the test report, I was startled, almost fell off the chair 😅.

I don't know if it's due to luck or the sky is shaky, but after all, I have to Pray for my success.

When I returned my soul, I was Lodge Expression of Interest that day. At the moment, there is information that the Australian government will change the law and tighten the settlement policy, so I think that it must be done as quickly as possible. When I lodge I do both Subclass 189 and Subclass 190 NSW in the same EOI.

.

10/2018:

Please get the Reference Letter at work to apply for additional RSEA experience certificate.

A strange coincidence, the day I finished submitting my RSEA review documents, was also the day I received the Nomination invitation letter for Subclass 190 NSW. At the moment I am very scared because there is no experience certification from Engineers Australia. NSW nominate Subclass 190 gives applicants 14 days to access the link included in the Nomination invitation before losing the opportunity to sign up.

❗️❗️❗️

Please note that this Nomination invitation link can only be accessed a certain number of times (I don't know how many times) before being locked and losing the chance, so everyone is careful. p >

❗️❗️❗️

I waited until the 14th day that I still have not seen the RSEA assessment results, so I went to submit a Nomination with the current Skill Assessment Outcome. I have enclosed in my file a letter explaining that I have enough experience and are awaiting the RSEA review. I submit in the application the RSEA Application Receipt and all the documents used to prove my experience (Reference Letter, Contract, Payslips, Bank Statements (proof of salary), Tax Filing, Resume, Singapore Employment Pass (because on the card with the company name and date of issue, also the starting date of work) and the Staff Travel Pass (because there is a portrait photo on the company logo background).

On the last page of the NSW Nomination form, before going to the deposit page, I want to go through the uploaded documents one after another to see if there is anything missing, so I clicked the Back button on the presentation page. I forgot on the NSW Department of Industry website that it is advised not to do this because it will prevent me from returning to the deposit page without money, the application will not be processed (why There is a Back button that just lets people click it wrongly and there is a chance of a heart attack, only heaven will know) 🤔.

I copy the content and the link of the recommendations for using the NSW Nomination Form in the present time (September 2019) here for everyone to refer and be more careful.

.

https://www.industry.nsw.gov.au/live-and-work-in-nsw/visas-and-immigration/skilled-nominated-migration-190/after-you-have-been-invited / using-the-online-form

Using the online form

The information below is important information on how to use the NSW 190 nomination application form.

The online application cannot be saved, and will only be submitted after successful payment of the application fee at the end of the process.

✅✅✅ You need to:

Use Google Chrome as your browser.

Have JavaScript enabled.

Complete all mandatory fields that are identified by a red asterisk * .

Have all of your supporting documents ready for upload.

Have a valid Visa or MasterCard ready to make payment.

❌❌❌ You should not:

Disable JavaScript.

Try to complete this form using mobile devices such as iPhones or iPads.

Refresh the page or go back to the previous page before the application is successfully submitted, otherwise all of the entered information will be lost.

Use the tab button to move through the application form, this can result in incorrect information being submitted.

Try to return to the application after you are taken to the payment page. I wrote an email to the NSW Department of Industry explaining my case, attached to the email above. It seems that this is a common error in the state Nomination process, so I got a pretty quick reply. The NSW Party extended an additional 14 days to pay. Well, there is luck in the mishap. I have more time to wait for the RSEA result.

11/2018:

10 days later, I received the certificate of having 3 years of experience from EA, I emailed the new Skill Assessment Outcome directly to NSW Department of Industry and paid.

2 days later I received an Invitation message from SkillSelect.

Go for a health check, apply for the Police Certificate of Singapore and Vietnam and prepare other documents. This time the main submission for Subclass 190 NSW on SkillSelect went quite smoothly.

03/2019:

Granted.

End a journey.

I wish you all luck and success successfully over Olympics.
